Press releases and all other community news and photographs can be submitted online in the following formats:
For text submissions of press releases, opinion letters and columns, obituaries, calendar events, milestone news, and all other local information you want to see in print, please attach that data as a Microsoft Word enclosure to your email transmission. If you do not have Word, use SimpleText or Microsoft Notepad, or simply cut and paste the information directly to your e-mail message field screen. We will reply if there’s a problem.
For all online photograph and art submissions, we can only accept JPEG format enclosures in either color or black and white (color is preferred). All artwork must be sized at 72 DPI resolution and be 60 picas or 5 inches wide. Please identify all photo subjects from left to right, with full names, titles and residences in a separate Word document enclosure or in your e-mail message screen. Stonebridge Press will not publish altered photographs of any kind.
